Faye Gustafson has western art in her soul. Raised on a ranch she has drawn and painted
all her life. When she could, she always had a pencil in her hand and would draw horses.
Her subject matter is a reflection of her life long passion for the western way of
life and her love for people and horses.
Over the years Gustafson has had artistic guidance from a number of superb artists
including sculptors, Edward Fraughton and Veryl Goodnight and wildlife painter Robert
Bateman. With numerous awards to her credit, Gustafson has exhibited in such major places as:
the Secretary of State Buildings, the Las Vegas Art Museum, the Cowgirl Hall of Fame,
and the Calgary Stampede and Exhibition.
